Hi, I'm Ada! Originally from Guatemala, I moved to the East Coast during high school and then to California in 2017 to pursue my college education. Movement has always been a central part of my life; from horseback riding to track and field, and I was fortunate to continue that journey as a student-athlete at both the Division II and Division II levels as a soccer player. After college, I knew I wanted to explore a new chapter beyond competitive sports, but the passion for movement stayed with me. Through the guidance of mentors and strength and conditioning coaches, I discovered a deep appreciation for training and the role it plays not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. Staying physically active transformed the way I saw myself and the world around me. It gave me clarity, boosted my confidence, and made me a more grounded, well-rounded person. That personal transformation is what drives me to work with others, to help them experience the benefits of movement in every area of their lives. My goal is to support clients at every stage of their fitness journey, using empathy, evidence-based training, and a strong belief in the power of movement to unlock potential, not just physically, but holistically.

Coaching Style

My approach is client-centered and flexible, shaped by the unique goals and needs of each person I work with. I’ve coached athletes, older adults, pregnant women, and individuals who simply enjoy moving and I tailor my style to meet them where they are.Whether the goal is to build strength, reshape the body, or feel more confident in movement, I strive to create a supportive and safe space where people feel empowered, physically and emotionally; to show up, grow, and enjoy the process.
