Hi, I’m Kai, a NASM certified personal trainer with a passion for helping people build discover their passion for health and fitness. My approach combines evidence-based training, practical nutrition guidance, and individualized programming to help clients reach their goals without extreme diets or unrealistic expectations.
With a background in health sciences and a strong interest in human performance, I focus on helping clients build muscle, improve mobility, and increase confidence both inside and outside the gym. Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to break through a plateau, I believe training should be challenging, rewarding, and tailored to your lifestyle.
My mission is simple: to help people become stronger, healthier, and more capable while developing habits that last for years. I strive to create a supportive environment where clients feel empowered, educated, and motivated throughout their fitness journey.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me training myself, exploring new approaches to fitness and nutrition, and continuing to expand my knowledge of health and performance.
